Ordered the WSET2 kit, paid extra money for the heat protection pack plus next day delivery. Got the WSET1 kit instead, and the content was extremely warm.

I've tasted one so far as a beginning of the course however bottle #7 was broken upon delivery. Can survive without it.

I previously left a comment saying I got the wrong kit and the bottles were warm. I reached out to Small Lot Bottles and they shipped me the correct kit, next day delivery, and the bottles didn’t arrive warm this time. Great support!

The cold pack I paid extra for was entirely melted when my wife signed for the package. The bottles were very warm to hot to the touch when the package was opened.
