Refund policy



1. Broken Wine Bottles or Kit

If a bottle or kit arrives broken, we will handle the replacement directly and resend as needed at no cost to the student. 

If the entire kit arrives damaged, this will be the only circumstance in which we offer a refund.


2. Missed Deliveries

If a kit is returned due to a missed delivery, a $50 reshipping fee will apply.

If the issue is resolved within 7 business days, the same kit will be resent once the fee is paid.

If more than 7 business days have passed, the student is responsible for repurchasing a brand new kit.

Please note: We cannot guarantee the quality of a kit that has been returned and resent.


3. Heat Damage (May–September)

We will only resend kits damaged due to heat if protective packaging was purchased.

If protective packaging was not purchased, the same kit can be resent, but the student must cover the shipping cost.

If the student prefers a new kit instead, they are responsible for the full cost of a replacement kit plus shipping.


4. Late Ordered Kits

Students are responsible for ordering their wine kits on time. Wine kits purchased within 7–10 days of the start date are not eligible for refunds due to late ordering.
