Shipping policy
1. Adult Signature Required
An adult (21+) signature is required upon delivery.
To adjust delivery times or addresses, please register for UPS My Choice. UPS will attempt delivery one time to the address provided. If no one is available to sign for the package, UPS may redirect the shipment to the nearest UPS Access Point location for pickup. Customers will have up to 7 days to collect their package from the designated UPS Access Point before it is returned to sender.
2. We DO NOT Ship to P.O Boxes
We cannot ship to P.O Boxes and we only ship UPS.
3. Heat Damage (May–September)
We will only resend kits damaged due to heat if protective packaging was purchased.
If protective packaging was not purchased, the same kit will be resent at the student’s expense (shipping cost only).
If the student chooses not to have the same kit resent, they must cover the cost of a new kit plus shipping.
4. Missed Deliveries
If a kit is returned due to a missed delivery, the student must pay a $50 reshipping fee.
If resolved within 7 business days, we will resend the same kit once the fee is paid.
If more than 7 business days have passed, the student is responsible for repurchasing a brand new kit.
Please note: Quality cannot be guaranteed if a returned kit is resent.
5. Broken Wine Bottles
If a bottle arrives broken, we will replace and resend at no cost to the student.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We ship to most U.S. states, except:
Connecticut, Delaware, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, and West Virginia.
We do not ship to P.O boxes. We do not ship internationally.
7. Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday only to help ensure safe delivery.
