Can we send our wine to you for processing and packaging?

Yes, you can send your wine to us for fractionalization and packaging. We handle the entire process from procurement to distribution, ensuring your wine is treated with the utmost care and quality throughout the process.

Can you purchase wine on our behalf for packaging and distribution?

While we specialize in packaging and fractionalization rather than purchasing wine directly, we can assist you in sourcing high-quality wines for your needs through our network of trusted partners. We ensure you receive the best possible products for your requirements.

Do you offer custom-designed packaging and marketing materials for my brand?

Absolutely! Our Premium Tailored Materials service provides bespoke packaging solutions, including custom-designed boxes, personalized cards, and other marketing materials to elevate your brand's presentation and impact. We work closely with you to ensure the materials reflect your unique style and branding.

In how many states do you provide your services?

We proudly serve clients in 40 plus states across the United States, ensuring that our high-quality services and innovative wine solutions are accessible nationwide!

Please note, wine is not able to be shipped within the following states: Connecticut, Delaware, Mississippi, New Jersey, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, West Virginia

What do I do to change my delivery address?

To adjust delivery times or addresses, please register for UPS My Choice.

What should I do if I have a P.O. Box?

Unfortunately we do not ship to P.O. Boxes but you can have it shipped to a UPS Access Point. A UPS Access Point is a secured, authorized local pick up location (like CVS, Michaels, or a local convenience store) where you can send or redirect packages for convenient pick-up. They typically hold packages for 5 business days and you can pick-up signature required packages by showing your I.D.

Do I need to sign for my kit delivery?

Yes. All kits require a signature upon delivery. UPS will attempt delivery up to three times. If no one is available to sign after the third attempt, the package will be returned to us. To avoid delays or returns, we recommend shipping to a UPS Access Point or a location where someone will be available to sign.

I have damaged or leaking sample tubes, what do I do?

Please email us to report the damage, including photos and the specific tube that was broken or leaking, so we can send the correct replacement. You will also need to "purchase" (it is free) a replacement tube for tracking purposes. Click here for replacement.

I missed my delivery one too many times, how do I get my kit resent?

If your kit was returned due to a missed delivery. If the issue is resolved within 7 business days, we will resend the original kit once the reshipping fee is paid.

If more than 7 business days have passed, the student is responsible for repurchasing a brand new kit.

Please note: Quality cannot be guaranteed for any returned and resent kits.
